Job Summary:- we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. As a designer your role is crucial in creating and implementing designs that effectively communicate our company’s vision and brand image. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and visually appealing designs.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities& Roles:

· Lead and manage the design process from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that all design projects are completed within the given deadlines.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
· Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for a wide range of mediums including digital platforms, print materials, packaging, and marketing collateral.
· Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audience.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge designs.
· Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet project requirements.
· Communicating with the Marketing team for creating any promotional graphics

Designer Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
· Minimum of 06 months to 1year of experience in a design role, preferably in a senior or leadership position.
· Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and a high level of creativity and innovation.
· Proven experience in managing design projects from concept to execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and objectives.
· Knowledge of current design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
· Proficiency in design software and tools, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
· Familiarity with design software like Coral Draw, Canvas, Photoshop
