Job Title:   PHP Developer

Job Summary:- At IVS Software,we are driving innovation and technology by building efficient and performance-oriented software and applications. We are on the lookout for a PHP developer to create PHP scripts to manage all the backend data services.

Objectives of this role-We are looking for a PHP developer to join the IT team. The dev would be expected to work and help us build new features for the platform.

Responsibilities& Roles-

Working with front-end developers to ensure a seamless user experience

Testing PHP modules and making adjustments as necessary

Securing websites and applications against common PHP web exploits

Running queries to test PHP module functionality continually

Making continual improvements to allow for module scalability

Integrating data storage solutions like databases into web applications

Creating and implementing robust security measures to protect web applications Collaborating with front-end, back-end, and full-stack developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements

Conducting code reviews, and providing constructive feedback to team members

Managing project timelines and meeting deadlines consistently

Optimizing web applications for mobile and cross-browser compatibility

Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues reported by end users

Documenting code, processes, and best practices for future reference

Staying up-to-date on emerging PHP trends and technologies

Skills and qualifications

•             Project management and problem-solving skills

•             Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.

•             Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Yii, Laravel, and CodeIgniter.

•             Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.

•             Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.

•             Previous experience creating scalable applications.

•             Proficient with code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.

•             Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases / CodeIgniter framework

•             Ability to project manage.

•             Good problem-solving skills.
